By accessing or using AsyncGuard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AsyncGuard is a middleware SaaS that provides message delivery guarantees, dead letter queue management, and monitoring for enterprise API integrations including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and SAP.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Current service status is available at asyncguard.dev/status. Paid plans include SLA commitments as specified in your subscription agreement.

AsyncGuard is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
